Beautiful pure white lugged/cromo track frame handbuilt in Nara, near Osaka, Japan.
Flat top forks, not drilled for brakes, no dents, some rust pitting around headtube, fork tops, but could do with a light clean up in these areas to make it look a lot better. I will leave this to the buyer.
