An almost brand new Keirin frame built for Takagi Senshyu, by Presto, in Tattori Prefecture Japan.
Amazing yellow paint from Uemura Tosou, with a lot of silver metal flake. The decals are hologram type. The Presto lugs have been beautiful on recent frames. Tiny seat stay ends, and seat tube lug exclusive to Presto. Aero fork. No dents, almost perfect condition. I have no idea why Takagi San sold it! Has the Keirin inspection sticker/stamps on the seat tube. NJS Dura Ace sealed headset near new installed, 120 ends. 565mm seat tube, 560mm top tube.
